How do I cancel my order? 

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

How long before my order ships?

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) processing time for your order to ship.

Can I track my order ?

 Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number. Once shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. 

My package was damaged / stolen / lost or never delivered.

Once your order is given to a mail carrier it is no longer in our care. What I Slay? LLC will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather, holidays, etc. We are also not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information lists your package as received and you have not received it, please contact your local United States Postal Service or call USPS at 1-800-222-1811. What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item - we will gladly replace it within 30 days of your purchase.

Do lashes come with glue?

Lashes do not come with lash adhesive. 

Are the lashes reusable?

Yes, with proper care lashes can be worn multiple times.

How can I properly care for lashes?

Apply makeup remover solution to a Q-tip and gently rub on lash band to remove glue. Store lashes in original lash case.

Use pointed tweezers to GENTLY remove lash adhesive. DO NOT PULL OR TUG on the lash to remove glue. Store lashes in original lash case.
